D | 专项安排宣传经费2万元，通过政采云平台统一采购方便面、矿泉水各71箱，抢在风雨加剧前，点对点配送至全市71个“航行的公益”救助引导点位，让基本饮食保障不落空、不断档。三是亮明免费服务标识。所有物资统一摆放于站点爱心驿站柜子等显眼位置，醒目张贴“台风应急救助物资，免费提供给受困人员”提示，切实做到让受困群众第一时间看得见、拿得到、用得上。　　聚焦站点规范服务，压实收发责任，做优应急救助效能。将每一个福彩投注站点打造成应急救助的前哨，关键在责任到人、流程闭环。一是明确站点服务职责。各点位严格履行物资接收、数量质量核对、规范摆放、主动帮助四项责任，确保“接收—保管—发放”全链条有人管、不脱节。二是推行签收确认机制。依托“一站点一签收单”，由业主现场签名确认物资完好、数量准确，做到人、物、账一一对应。
